Interior Design Services
Includes space planning, existing floor plan optimisation, room and furniture layouts, lighting plans, Custom kitchen, bathroom, furniture & joinery design. Specification of all internal finishes including, flooring, doors, iron ironmongery, joinery, window treatments and coordination of work schedules with appointed architect and builder.
FIRST PHASE
Concept design, mood boards, Material suggestions, furniture suggestions and layouts.
SECOND PHASE
Detailed design with finalised mood boards, room-by-room layouts, joinery drawings, furniture suggestions, lighting plan and specifications, fabric and colour scheme selections
Interior styling
We offer our turnkey service at an additional cost.
We will create and propose a full itemised accessories package that will help enhance the space, whilst working to an agreed budget.
How it works
BRIEF
We take our time to learn and understand the client’s needs and requirements for the project. we establish the use of the property and get an overall sense of the client’s style. This can be achieved through an in-house meeting in our studio with proposed floor plans or a site visit. At this stage timeframe, budget and other requirements are considered during the meeting.
Following this briefing stage, we will send a proposal to the client outlining the brief, with an estimated budget for the FF&E (Furniture, fixtures, and equipment) and our associated design fee, along with an agreed payment schedule.
DETAILED DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Having approved the concept design we then proceed to the design and development phase. All bespoke furniture, joinery and interior architecture drawings will be detailed and specified and presented for approval along with all finishes and fixtures. At this stage we will also have a full breakdown of costs for the above works in line with the approved budget.
CONCEPT
After interpreting the brief we will present our client with the concept design, through use of floor plans showing the intended layout and outlining any structural changes that may be required, with mood boards and material samples of the finishes proposed, along with imagery of furniture and lighting for the project. At this point we encourage our client to give as much feedback as possible to ensure we are communicating and understanding the clients vision.
INSTALLATION
the schedule of works and timeframe will be outlined and agreed. with all onsite requirements met before installation of bespoke joinery fixture and fittings ,once works begins we will attend regular site visits to ensure our designs and visions are being carried out to the agreed specification and that the project is progressing as planned. we will keep the client updated throughout as well as oversee the snagging process.
Interior Styling/Turnkey
We offer a turnkey service at an additional cost, where we curate and style each project with decorative accessories and soft furnishings to create the full finished lifestyle of the space.
THE PROCESS
1. Create a package of curated accessories to style your home.
2. Email us images or videos of the space you wish you enhance.
3. Once we have reviewed the images, we agree on a budget.
4. We will design a mood board for you, with items we have chosen from our library of suppliers and pricing.
5. Arrange a visit to our showroom to view some pieces we have on display.
6. Once all items are agreed upon and ordered, they will be delivered to your home and styled.
COST
Home Styling fees range from €280 - €500 for 2 hours (depending on the size of the space and size of items chosen) plus €80 per hour thereafter.
Accessories are priced separately. Mileage not included.
Delivery cost is to be confirmed based on the size of items to be installed.
